We provide understandable orientation on real estate in Switzerland. This includes topics such as purchase, ownership, development, renovation, adding storeys, financing, equity, affordability, investment and suitable professional areas. The website is aimed in particular at the Tamil community in Switzerland.

4. No binding professional advice

The content of this website is general information and does not replace an individual review by qualified professionals. In particular, it does not replace any bank review, credit approval, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, architectural service, building permit, valuation, insurance recommendation or binding feasibility study.

Whether a real-estate project is sensible, financeable, eligible for approval, suitable for tax purposes or legally permissible must be reviewed in the specific individual case.

We can reject enquiries or not pursue them further if information is missing, the matter lies outside the offer or processing does not appear sensible.
